Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including major banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank).
- A service charge from the applicable payment method may be payable at the time of deposit.
- Deposits must be sent from a payment account registered in the member's own name.
- Deposits made through a third party are not permitted and will be returned or may be forfeited pending investigation.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Standard withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Account identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be made.
- If an active bonus is in place, withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirement is met.
- Submitting multiple withdrawal requests at the same time may affect processing time.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
On their first deposit at 5j77, members are eligible for a 120% welcome bonus, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
Example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200.
- Deposit ৳18,000 or more → maximum ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳28,000.
Each member may claim the welcome bonus only once. To claim the bonus, the applicable promo code or offer must be activated at the time of the first deposit.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Each bonus carries a specific wagering condition. For the welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is 10 times (10x), calculated on the bonus amount only (not the combined deposit and bonus).
Example:
- ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 in total bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before the wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus balance being cancelled.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- 5j77 reserves the right to change bonus offers.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Bonus wagering may not apply to certain games or game categories — each promotion carries its own specific terms.
- Once a bonus expires, any unused bonus amount is automatically cancelled.

11.2 Closure by 5j77
